1. Services Offered
Mavens Grow provides specialized white-label services on an hourly basis, covering a range of digital marketing, design, and development needs. Each package includes a set number of service hours, valid for 30 days from the billing date. You agree that unused hours after 30 days will expire without refund, unless otherwise stated in special promotions.
2. Payment Terms
All payments for services must be made upfront. We accept payments via Stripe, ensuring secure and reliable transactions. Upon successful payment, you will receive confirmation and access to the purchased service hours.
3. Refund Policy
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If, within 30 days, you are not happy with our work, we will issue a full refund. Refunds are only applicable within this 30-day window. Hours unused within 30 days will not be refunded or carried over.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing all necessary assets, including content, branding guidelines, and specific project instructions. Delays in providing these materials may result in the consumption of hours. Mavens Grow is not liable for delays caused by incomplete client input.
5. Service Modification and Termination
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate services at our discretion if the terms of service are violated. In such cases, no refunds will be provided for unused hours.
6. Communication and Project Management
All projects are managed via ClickUp, and communication will be handled through Slack or email, ensuring real-time updates on project progress.
