- At Mavens Grow, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with the services provided, we offer a full refund within 30 days of your purchase.
- No questions asked. However, all purchased hours must be utilized within 30 days from the billing date.
- Unused hours will expire, and refunds will not be issued for unused hours after the validity period ends.
- Refund requests must be submitted within the 30-day service window via email, and refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
